Cook Center for Human Connection
The Cook Center for Human Connection is a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to helping all people find human connection as well as mental health resources and support. The foundation’s current focus is supporting children, families, and schools in eradicating suicide, as well as offering resources and support for those with mental health issues and their caregivers.
Our district is offering a free resource via the Cook Center for Human Connection for families seeking guidance when handling these difficult situations. Parent Coaching is a free resource that connects parents/guardians with a coach, who can provide suggestions on how to help your child.
ParentGuidance.org is an online service by licensed therapists that provides trusted and specialized courses, professional support and a safe community for parents to learn how to support their children and get answers to mental health questions.
