UES Principal
First and foremost, I want to extend a warm welcome to both our returning families and those joining us for the first time. Your partnership with us is invaluable, and we are thrilled to embark on this journey together.
At Upper Elementary School, we understand the significance of instilling a growth mindset in our students. Our dedication to this philosophy remains unwavering. Throughout the school year, we will continue to integrate growth mindset principles into our curriculum and school culture. By embracing challenges, persisting through obstacles, and celebrating efforts—both successes and mistakes—we aim to empower our students to reach their full potential and become resilient learners.
To further enhance our learning environment, we offer flexible seating options in our library, outdoor learning area, main lobby, and fifth-grade wing. The outdoor learning area also features our garden and chickens. These innovative spaces foster students’ curiosity, encourage them to take ownership of their learning experiences, and provide opportunities to collaborate with peers in a comfortable and adaptable setting. We believe that these areas will cultivate creativity, communication, and a sense of ownership in our students' educational journey.
The Upper Elementary School is truly a special place where we value inclusion, GRIT, creativity, and fun. Please know that my door is always open. I encourage families to share their thoughts, suggestions, and ideas as we work together to create an enriching and supportive educational experience for every child.
Thank you for entrusting us with the privilege of educating your children. We look forward to inspiring their growth, curiosity, and excitement for future possibilities.
Warm regards,
Mr. Jesse Brosious

Mr. Brosious
My background in education includes a variety of experiences that have allowed me to grow as an educator. I began my career in the Upper Dublin School District as a kindergarten teacher. During my tenure in Upper Dublin, I also served as a fourth-grade teacher, fifth-grade teacher, math coordinator, science coordinator, instructional coach, and Summer Scholars/ESY Principal. After 13 years, I left Upper Dublin to serve as an assistant principal at Butler Elementary School in the Central Bucks School District. I also served as principal of the Virtual Academy in Central Bucks during the pandemic. Finally, I am now honored to serve as the Upper Elementary School Principal.
